How Much Do You Love Hummus?
National Hummus Day is on May 13!
Do you love hummus? I LOVE hummus. LOVE.
So when we discovered several years ago that I was allergic to nuts and legumes. And when I figured out that hummus is made from chickpeas. And when I put together that chickpeas are legumes. I. Was. Devastated.
Seriously.
Devastated.
But I pulled myself together and went on with life. And I pray one day this allergy will disappear as quickly as it appeared (for no apparent reason!)
So I hope that all of you who like hummus and can eat hummus, will celebrate BIG on May 13. And think of me!
